Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Blueprints

• A blueprint is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. You get a private link to your own copy on the confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
• If the email has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to animesh@firmgenie.in from any email address with the name and email you paid with. We will resend your link at no cost.

2. One-to-one consultations

• After you book and pay, a confirmation email carries the date, time and meeting link. The session is held online, on video call, at the time you booked.
• Rescheduling is covered in section 6 of the Terms.

3. AI Masterclass and recordings

• The masterclass is a live online class. Joining details are emailed to you after you book.
• If you buy the recording add-on, access details are emailed to you after the class has taken place.

4. AI Monetization Cohort

• The cohort runs online. The start date and joining details are published on the cohort page and emailed to you after you book.
• If you cannot attend, or we move a batch, what you paid moves to the next batch, as set out in the Terms.

5. Project and website work

• Work is delivered digitally (files, links or account access), on the scope and timeline agreed with you in writing before work starts.

6. Where and in what currency

Our services are online and available across India. Prices are in Indian rupees. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment.

7. Returns and exchanges

We sell digital products and online services, so there is nothing to return or exchange. Refunds are covered by the Refund policy and section 6 of the Terms: blueprints can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, and refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Other products are non-refundable, except where we cancel or cannot deliver, or you are charged twice by mistake.

8. If something does not arrive

Write to animesh@firmgenie.in. We reply within one working day. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, or you were charged twice by mistake, we refund you in full as described in our Refund policy.
