Yes. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice (FirmGenie, GSTIN 19DDNPK8068R1Z9) with the taxable value and the 18% GST shown separately. Add your GSTIN at checkout if your business is registered, so you can claim the input credit.
Yes. Turn renewal off under Billing in your website dashboard, any time. Nothing is charged automatically: a plan renews only when you pay the renewal link we email you. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Your website is not deleted. After the paid period (plus a 7-day grace period if you did not cancel) it goes back to the free firmgenie.page link with the FirmGenie badge, and your own domain stops pointing to it. You can go live again whenever you want.
Yes. Your text, photos, logo and customer enquiries are yours. A domain bought through us is registered in your name. You can ask us for a copy of your content at any time.
Not yet. It writes your review replies and 4 Google posts a month for you; you copy each one with a tap and post it on your Google profile. Posting straight from FirmGenie comes once Google approves our access.
No. Plan fees, one-time setup fees and add-ons are not refundable. If we cancel or fail to deliver, or you are charged twice by mistake, we refund in full; and if something goes wrong on our side we fix it or redo it at no cost. The full rules are in our Refunds and cancellation policy (also in our Terms).

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are before GST: 18% GST is added at checkout. For example, the Website plan in month one is ₹799 + 18% GST (₹143.82) = ₹942.82 in total. Your GST tax invoice shows the taxable value, the GST and the total. You see the price, the GST and the total payable before you pay, and pay securely through Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
