Where does the chatbot work?
On your FirmGenie website only. It does not answer on WhatsApp, Instagram or the phone.
Where do its answers come from?
Only from what your website already says and the question-and-answer list you add, up to 20 questions. It does not make up prices, links or contact details.
What if it does not know the answer?
It says so, then asks the visitor for a name and number. You get that like any other website enquiry.
Which plan includes it?
The Growth plan (₹1,499 + 18% GST a month) and the Pro plan (₹2,999 + 18% GST a month) include it. On the Website plan it is an add-on at ₹799/month + 18% GST. Free websites do not have it.
Is there a limit?
Yes. Each website gets up to 150 chatbot replies a day. After that, visitors are asked to leave their name and number instead.
