Real phone calls: what it takes
  • Today your agent lives in your browser. It cannot dial or answer real phone numbers.
  • Marketing calls from an ordinary 10-digit mobile number are not allowed.
  • To connect an agent to a real Indian number, telephony providers ask for business KYC (GST, incorporation or Udyam papers).
  • Promotional calls also need DLT registration, a 140-series number, a DND check and the customer's consent. Service calls such as reminders use a separately registered number series.
  • The lowest-risk uses are calls people make to you, and callbacks to people who asked for one (for example, filled in your form).
  • Rules and calling hours change and sources differ, so ask your provider for the current rule. This is a plain summary, not legal advice.

Your key, saved agents and leads are stored in this browser only. Call audio and text go to Google under your key.
